Fish Cutlet

Ingredients

  • Fish – 1 (approx 200 gms)
  • Boiled Potato – 1 medium size
  • Suji – 1/4 cup
  • Salt – to taste
  • Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
  • Dhania – 1 tbsp
  • Ajwain – 1/4 tbsp
  • Lime Juice – 1/2 tbsp

Steps to be followed

  • Steam the fish and let it cool
  • Let the excess water drain by keeping it on a sieve
  • Add Salt, Turmeric, Ajjwain , Lime juice, Dhania (Cilantro)
  • Blend Fish in the blender (soft blend only)
  • Add Mashed Potato to the blended fish
  • Spread Suji in a plate
  • Make round balls (cutlets shape) with the mixture and roll in suji
  • Refrigerate for 10 minutes to let it bind
  • Shallow fry in a non-stick pan with Olive Oil
  • Serve hot with Mint Chutney and coleslaw salad
