Tomato Parantha

Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour 3-4 Tbsp
  • Tomatoes 1 small
  • Cummin (Jeera) Seeds to taste
  • Oil – 2 tsp
  • Green Chilly – 1 no.
  • Lemon – 1/2 medium sized
  • Salt to taste

Steps to be followed

  • Chop Tomatoes, Green Chillies
  • Clean Cummin Seeds
  • Add above ingredients to wheat flour along with 1/3 rd of the oil
  • Add a little water and make soft dough
  • Roll out chapattis either with a belan or using hands
  • Cook on tava on both sides. Smear with remaining oil
  • Serve hot with green chutney.
