Vegetable Jalfrezie

Ingredients

  • Chopped Mixed Boiled Vegetables – 1 Cup
    • French Beans
    • Carrots
    • Peas (few)
    • Brinjal
  • Chopped onion – 1
  • Chopped capsicum – 4 tbsp
  • Chopped tomato – 1
  • Chili powder
  • Garam masala – 1/2 to 1 tsp
  • Chopped coriander – 2 tbsp
  • Grated paneer, plus a little extra for topping – 4 tbsp
  • Tomato gravy – 1/2 – 1 Cup
  • Oil – 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste

 

Steps to be followed

  • Heat oil and fry onions for ½ minute
  • Add capsicum and tomatoes and fry again for 2 minutes
  • Add vegetables, chilli powder, garam masala, coriander, salt and cook for a few minutes
  • Spread tomato gravy on top and sprinkle a little grated paneer over it
  • Bake in a hot oven at 200C for 10 minutes
  • Serve hot
